TQQQ Adaptive Fade

A simplified Firecracker-inspired router using the existing TQQQ universe: hold TQQQ in strong trends, fade extreme overbought moves with UVXY, buy panic rebounds, and switch to SQQQ or BSV when trend breaks.

About TQQQ Adaptive Fade

Fades extreme overbought conditions by rotating TQQQ into UVXY when RSI crosses 79/80. In bull regime it also captures oversold rebounds back into TQQQ. In bear regime it switches to SQQQ or BSV based on RSI and panic indicators.

📈Bull market

Primarily long TQQQ. Fades overbought RSI spikes into UVXY briefly, then returns to TQQQ on the mean reversion. Aggressive in capturing upside while hedging the most extended moments.

📉Bear market

Uses SQQQ for sustained downtrends and BSV when volatility is exhausting. Watches for oversold RSI and panic thresholds to time re-entries.

↔️Choppy market

RSI oscillating around the overbought/oversold thresholds in a range-bound market creates frequent TQQQ↔UVXY rotations. Each UVXY entry incurs decay, making choppy markets the most challenging environment for this strategy.

Key risk: Relies on well-timed short rotations into UVXY. If the overbought signal fires prematurely, the strategy bears UVXY decay cost before the volatility event materialises. Multiple consecutive misfires in a trending market are the main source of underperformance.
